ARA Corp is lead by a board of directors: Africans, Africans in Diaspora, and goodwill non-Africans. This diverse group of individuals volunteer their time and professional skills in nonprofit work, international work, scientific research, healthcare, finance, business, education, and IT to make operational decisions for the organization.
With the exception of a handful of staff in Africa, ARA Corp is led and run by volunteers who provide regular services in areas such as program development, communication, data collection and analysis, website maintenance, and event planning and execution. Volunteers also provide occasional or as needed voluntary services.
Support for ARA Corp programs is provided by the donation of materials, funds, and services by individuals, groups, business,and grants.
